  2. I know – they’re driving me crazy! Whenever I go out to our wheelie bins I get covered in them, they are swarming just there. At least they are not in the house!

    • I have ants all through my house, they’ve moved into the walls and keep trying to relocate to somewhere nicer – like my kettle. Since they’re not here for food the baits aren’t working and every time I shut down one exit they make another. Gotten to the point where I check the kettle before boiling it, but if my cuppa has a floater or two I just scoop them out and get on with it. Waiting the wet season out now.

FORTUNATELY – the ones inside aren’t the big biting ones on the car. They hurt!

  3. We have ants as well ;( I put out a tiny dish of jam mixed with borax and they dissapeared for a while, but then I had to put up with a dish of jam and borax hanging around. Thank god they are only the tiny black ants, and not green ants!

    • These ones bite and enjoy doing it. You can actually squish the body and have the head still coming after you. When they bite, it hurts like a mofo (though not as much as a wasp) and keeps aching. Little bastards.

  6. Yuck! I am extremely bug-phobic and would probably release an entire can of ant killer on that car. Thank goodness, touch wood, fingers crossed, we don’t have any bugs in our apartment building. Sometimes we get tiny ants come in from the balcony when it rains in summer. This summer we haven’t had any so all good here.

Good luck with de-antifying that Cosy Coupe.

  7. Oh eww and ouch! We have massive bull ants out the back at the moment and every time my 2yo wanders out there shoeless I have a little panic for her toes!
